Our company

Wital Multi-Industry Company is selling its window and door systems in West and South Europe under the brand name Spectrum Window System®.

About us

The plant is located at 7 Strefowa Street in Gołdap within the Suwałki Special Economic Zone and is situated on a plot of approximately 5 hectares.

The production and warehouse halls cover an area of approximately 7,000 m², housing twenty production lines for manufacturing window and door profiles. Two modern foiling machines from the Italian company WPR are used for applying woodgrain and other decorative foils to the profiles.

We are equipped with machines and tools from leading global suppliers in the industry, including:

  • Greiner
  • Gruber
  • MTI
  • Huzap

We use the most advanced technological solutions available on the market. We work with raw material suppliers from Western Europe, including Germany, England, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, as well as Poland. German technology combined with Polish manufacturing quality ensures the high class of our products. Our creative and committed team, dedicated to continuous development, enables us to rapidly improve the quality of our services.

Our own fully automated mixing plant allows us to produce high-quality PVC-U raw material for manufacturing window and door profiles.

Our product range includes window systems:

  • Spectrum 7000 Lux (five-chamber, 70 mm)
  • Spectrum Prestige (six-chamber, 70 mm)
  • Spectrum Prestige Therm – a new system for passive windows (six-chamber, 86 mm)

The offer is complemented by door systems and renovation profiles.

Our planned production capacity and machine efficiency enable us to cooperate with the largest window and door manufacturers in Poland and abroad. Our products meet the requirements of the Polish-European standard PN-EN 12608 for unplasticised polyvinyl chloride profiles. One of our strengths is our flexible approach to each client and our ability to adapt to their needs.

With care for the environment, we use calcium-zinc stabilisers and recycle waste generated during the extrusion process for further production.

Wital’s history

Since 2006, Wital Multi-Industry Company has been conducting its business operations, experiencing continuous growth. This is confirmed by a steady increase in sales and systematic investments. Today, it is one of the leading companies in the Gołdap county.
2013
Introduction of the passive six-chamber 86 mm system
2012
Introduction of co-extrusion (purchase of 7 extruders), implementation of the renovation system, and introduction of “intermediate” door systems.
2010
Construction of a warehouse hall (3,500 m²), purchase of additional plots for investments, and introduction of the door profile system.
2009
Purchase of three additional production lines and expansion of the 70 mm system with six-chamber profiles, construction of a mixing hall for raw material production with an area of approximately 550 m², purchase of a PVC treatment installation and a set of mixers from the German company MTI, and purchase of a foiling machine for profile foiling.
2008
Purchase of tooling for the Wital 7000 Lux system and five production lines, including four high-speed Battenfeld lines for main profiles and one line for auxiliary profiles.
2007
Design of a five-chamber profile system with a construction width of 70 mm by Gruber company.
2006
Construction of a production hall with social and office facilities with an area of approximately 2,400 m², and purchase of three production lines and tooling for the four-chamber system with a construction width of 62 mm.
